A boom barrier is a device used to regulate entry into or exit from a variety of
settings such as pedestrian precincts, commercial or industrial
sites and traffic routes. It consists of an arm or bar, which rises
and falls vertically to prevent or allow entry. By default, the
barrier operates with a timing of 0.6 seconds. However, this can be
adjusted according to the client's needs with the upward reach of
the arm varying from 3 meters to 4 meters.
Boom barriers are very useful for controlling access to restricted
areas and preventing traffic overflow. With robust construction and
various available options, they are able to meet the needs of both
indoor and outdoor environments. The barriers are also available in
a variety of materials and colors, making them an attractive
addition to any site.
Features:
The DC24V brushless motor we developed is of stable and reliable
performance with worm gear and planetary reduction transmission
structure, which provides a high torque and wear resistance.
We also offer a DC variable-frequency control system with precise
control, flexible running and lower mechanical impact, thus giving
a longer service life.
When an obstruction is met, the device is able to automatically
adjust and reverse, enhancing the reactivity, safety and
reliability of the system.
The user-friendly control panel displayed on the large LCD screen
is written in English with a visual menu for easier maintenance and
operation.
433MHZ Remote Controller is available, and new controllers can be
easily added to the device.
Turning the handwheel or lifting the boom manually to lift and
lower the boom is accessible in the power-off mode, and it can even
be powered by a DC24V battery or opened one time by a
supercapacitor backup.
Advanced functions of motorcade passing, counting, auto-aging test,
delay auto-closing, relay signal output and RS485 communication can
be added and used.
Loop Detector, Infrared Photocell and Radar are also optional.
And lastly, we offer 2 year warranty period for the motor and the
control board.
